The density of population in Amraudha town is 441 persons per sq km. The town has a total of 1501 children between the age group of 0 to 6 out of which 797 constitute boys and 704 constitute girls. Nearly 2171 people of the total population belong to schedule caste. The total number of literates in the town is 6358 out of which 3644 are male and 2714 are female. Nearly 4078 people of the total population are uneducated. The town has nearly 1620 houses. In the total population 2890 are employed out of which 2660 are male and 230 are female. About 2652 are engaged in main work and the rest of 238 are engaged in marginal work.
